Features launch progressively based on community growth milestones. This milestone-based rollout supports sustainable mechanics, protects early participants, and builds a durable foundation for long-term operation.

Important: Availability is phase-dependent. Activation criteria, thresholds, parameters, and execution mechanisms may evolve over time based on protocol rules, security requirements, and community conditions. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as a guarantee of timing, liquidity, transferability, or outcomes.

Phased Rollout Approach

3Echo activates features as the community reaches defined readiness milestones rather than launching everything at once. This approach is designed to ensure:

Sustainable mechanics: Modules activate only when there is sufficient participation and system readiness
Early participant protection: Avoids premature activation that could degrade user experience
Quality foundation: Each milestone builds on prior infrastructure and security layers
Transparent communication: Clear status updates on what is live, what is next, and what unlocks at milestones

This approach prioritizes operational reliability and security over speed.

Feature Timeline

Point System — Available Now

Active

The point system starts immediately. All users can earn points from day one through engagement, regardless of milestone status.

What you can do now: Earn points from posting, liking, commenting, replying, sharing, and viewing

Points accumulate: Points accumulate as a scoring layer that can influence future distributions and governance weighting (as those modules activate)

Tier multipliers (illustrative): Free: 0.5x, Basic: 1.0x, Paid: 1.5x, Enterprise: 2.0x

Note: Point values, multipliers, and anti-abuse adjustments may evolve over time.

Tokenization — Milestone-Based

Unlocks at milestone

Tokenization activates when the community reaches readiness thresholds (e.g., user base growth, engagement levels, security readiness). This helps ensure tokenized features launch into a stable environment.

What can unlock: Ability to tokenize your feed and create tokenized communities (feature availability may roll out by milestone)

Token conversion: Ability to convert eligible point balances into tokens under protocol rules (where enabled)

Why it's milestone-based: Tokenized features depend on sufficient participation and operational maturity. Activation criteria help protect early users from half-functional mechanics or unstable UX.

Liquidity and Distribution Pools — Milestone-Based

Unlocks at milestone

Liquidity/distribution modules activate based on community readiness milestones. Once activated, certain platform revenue flows and pool mechanics may begin operating under protocol rules.

What can unlock: Pool-funded distributions and performance-based allocation mechanics (as defined by the protocol)

Pool accounting: Feed-level pool accounting and ecosystem distribution logic (where enabled)

Revenue-flow framing (no guarantees): A defined portion of ecosystem revenue may be allocated to protocol-managed reserves and/or distribution pools under published rules. Distribution outcomes depend on activity, performance metrics, and protocol parameters; no payout or return is guaranteed.

Note: Percentages and split parameters (e.g., 20/80, 50/50) should be treated as configurable protocol parameters that may change via governance and security requirements.

Governance — Progressive Rollout

Added as the community grows

Governance programs are progressively enabled as participation increases and security requirements are satisfied. Governance is powered by Chain-Fi to support verifiable voting and auditable outcomes.

How governance evolves:

Phase 1: Point-weighted voting (engagement-based influence)
Phase 2: Reputation-weighted voting (trust-weighted influence, where reputation modules are enabled)
Later: Hybrid / expanded governance scope (optional, module-dependent)

Security posture: Voting integrity can be enhanced via eligibility thresholds, verification requirements for certain vote classes, and anti-abuse controls. Recording and auditability may be on-chain and/or via Chain-Fi-verifiable systems depending on rollout phase.

Governance scope (examples): Platform evolution and feature priorities, pool parameters and economic settings, community guidelines and enforcement frameworks, ecosystem-wide decisions.

Start Earning Points Immediately

The point system is available now. Begin posting and engaging to accumulate points from day one.

Tokenized Feed Features (Milestone-Based)

Tokenization features unlock as milestones are reached. You'll be notified when tokenized feed/community tools become available.

Liquidity/Distribution Modules (Milestone-Based)

Distribution and pool mechanics activate at milestones. When enabled, eligible revenue flows and distribution rules begin operating under protocol parameters.

Governance Participation (Progressive Rollout)

As governance programs activate, participate in voting based on points and (later) reputation signals where enabled.
